The acquisition will allow Knightsbridge to provide the broadest range of human capital resources services in Canada and to access Axsium's large Fortune 500 customer base in the United States. The acquisition expands Knightsbridge's range of services -- including talent attraction, organizational and leadership development, career management and transition and workforce management.
